       Packers and consumers are constantly becoming more demanding in finished cattle that meet their ever increasing criteria for a correctly Marbled and Tender cut of meat. Packers are increasingly showing interest in cattle that carry the DNA Markers for Tenderness and Marbling. Sears Angus and Ainsworth Feed Yards has heard the demand and we are doing everything we can to satisfy that demand.
